KMC Sparsha is a role-based application enabling hospitals, health workers, administrators and caregivers to document Kangaroo Mother Care programming, track baby progress, and coordinate support from enrollment through follow-up.
Instead of a KMC register in one ward, a feeding chart in another and a follow-up diary the mother carries home, every contact writes to the same longitudinal record — and the numbers come out the other end as a report a programme can actually act on.
